By accessing or using Musamin's websites (musamin.com, app.musamin.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Musamin is a multi-vertical website-as-a-service platform that allows users to create and manage websites across multiple verticals including e-commerce stores, real estate sites, service businesses, and portfolios. We also provide web design, branding, and digital agency services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services.
One account is limited to one project unless you create sub-accounts or upgrade your plan.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Sell illegal products or services through your storefront
Host content that promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination

5. Plans & Billing

Free plans are available with limited features.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly as selected.
Prices are displayed in your detected currency and may vary based on exchange rates.
Paid plans with a trial period will be charged automatically after the trial ends unless cancelled.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your projects.
By using our platform, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service.
The Musamin platform, including its design, code, and branding, is proprietary software owned by Musamin.
Templates provided by Musamin are licensed for use on the platform only.

7. Domains

Free subdomains (*.musamin.app) are provided at no cost and remain the property of Musamin.
Custom domains can be connected on paid plans. You are responsible for domain registration and DNS management.
We reserve the right to reclaim subdomains that violate our terms or are inactive for extended periods.

8. Partner Program

Partners may earn commissions through referrals subject to the partner agreement.
Commission rates and payout terms are determined by your partner plan.
We reserve the right to terminate partner accounts that engage in fraudulent referral activity.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be soft-deleted and permanently removed after 30 days.

10. Limitation of Liability

Musamin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
